Thank you for considering Wonderhaus www.wonderbreadhaus.com as a possible events/filming location. The purpose of these guidelines is to simplify the process of planning and executing an event or film shoot on the property. All spaces that might be involved depend on us to screen all requests and make necessary arrangements. In order to expedite your request, please direct all inquiries to Jim Torti, jtorti@blokhaus.com or 619.234.8371 office or 760.473.8201.
Before an event/shoot can be confirmed, your production company must give us the specific days and locations that you would like to request. Confirmation depends on the availability of the desired space/location, availability of parking and security personnel, and the schedule of tenant improvements or other leasing activities.
Once approval has been given, a representative from your company must complete a final technical walk-through of the desired spaces/locations in the building.
An event or film shoot is confirmed only when a contract has been signed and paid for by check for the full amount of the location fee, an insurance certificate and a signed contract prior to the shoot. At this point the conditions in the contract and addendum become operative. It is the responsibility of this office to protect owner/tenant interests, as well as to honor our commitment to you, and make your shoot as productive as possible.
We welcome your questions and suggestions, and look forward to working with you.
